Man allegedly robs Warwood Kroger for Beer and Cigarettes

Adam Dwight Bittner, 31, was allegedly involved in robbery at the Kroger in Warwood just after 8:00 p.m. Sunday night.According to a criminal complaint Bittner attempted to steal four Bud Light Lime beers, and jumped over the customer service counter in an effort to take a carton of cigarettes, all the while putting two female in employees in fear of being harmed.Bittner has been placed in the Northern Regional Jail under a $25,000 bond by Ohio County Magistrate Harry Radcliffe.
