Alleged Steubenville Shooter Caught by Police

Another alleged shooter has been caught by Steubenville police. 29-year-old Anthony Scruggs was arrested late Monday night. Police say Scruggs shot a gun outside of a home on Brady Avenue on Christmas Day.
