Update on voting impacted by power outages in Charleston, West Virginia

Power has been restored to both of our downtown buildings (City Hall and the City Service Center) and we plan to operate business as usual. Consequently, early voting will not be moved, but will take place on the 3rd floor of City Hall.We thank those who worked diligently throughout the night to restore our power, and apologize for any confusion that may have occurred because of our earlier plan and report.
