Boil Order Issued For Parts of Warwood

Police: Wheeling Man Charged With 1st Degree Sexual Abuse

Wheeling Police say a man wanted for an alleged sexual abuse has turned himself in at police headquarters. Maqsood Harrington, 28, of Wheeling turned himself in Thursday in regards to an incident that allegedly occurred in early August.
