Former Wheeling Resident Accused of Sexually Assaulting Marshall County Juvenile

A man accused of 30 counts of sexual abuse by a custodian had his day in court on Tuesday.58-year-old Landrum Robbins was in Marshall County Circuit Court in front of judge Mark Karl. Robbins is a former Wheeling man accused of allegedly sexually assaulting a Marshall County juvenile in May of 2010. He pleaded not guilty to all 30 counts and was sent back to Northern Regional Jail where he awaits his pre-trial hearing, which has been set for August 19.His bond remains set at $100,000.
