Bellaire Woman Attacked by Dogs

A 76-year-old woman from Bellaire is recovering after being attacked by four dogs.One of the dogs reportedly bit her in the right calf.When asked if the dogs had their shots, the owner declined to answer, remaining in the house.Police say it's not the first time there has been an incident with the dogs.The Belmont County Animal Shelter seized the dogs, and the dog that bit the woman will be quarantined for ten days.Charges are pending, and the investigation is continuing.
