Man indicted after allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl

A Toronto man facing rape charges has been indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury.20-year-old Frank Larkins allegedly raped a 12-year-old girl.Larkins claims it was consensual sex.The victim was taken to Trinity West Hospital before being taken to the Akron Children's Hospital.Related Story: Toronto, OH man charged with felony rape of a 12-year-oldThe Toronto Police Department is investigating.

Indian Creek High School to see new changes

With school only three weeks away-- students at one high school will be seeing a lot of changes to their campus.Indian Creek High School is in the process of getting a new roof, replacing the track at the football stadium, and implementing a new traffic flow pattern.Assistant Superintendent John Belt says the last refurbishment on the roof was over 20 years ago.Since then, they've been maintaining it to the best of their ability.Belt adds all of these projects have been a long time...
