Charge Dismissed Against Principal Indicted by Grand Jury in Steubenville Rape Case

The West Elementary principal was originally indicted on charges of failing to report child abuse or neglect after allegedly receiving information about a party in April 2012, where the rape took place and went unreported until September 2012.
