Area Animal Shelters Receive Reports of Animals Being Left Outside in Frigid Conditions

Area shelters are getting reports of animals being left out in the cold during the cold snap that has grabbed hold of the Ohio Valley. The Marshall County Animal Shelter says they have received numerous calls about animals left outside, and say they do have hay bales available at the shelter for anyone in need to come and pick up.
