COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The state of Ohio's overpayment of food-stamp benefits last year exceeded the national average. The Columbus Dispatch (http://bit.ly/1sFUNdR ) reports the state overpaid more than $88 million in tax-funded benefits last year. In all, Ohio misspent 4.1 percent of the nearly $3 billion received from the federal government for food-stamp benefits in 2013. YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) - An 18-year-old northeast Ohio man could face the death penalty if convicted of killing a 16-year-old girl whose body was found in a Pennsylvania landfill last month. A grand jury in Youngstown on Thursday indicted Ricki D. Williams IV on a charge of aggravated murder with death penalty specifications.
