TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) - Police in northern Ohio have charged a husband and wife with killing a Michigan man who was last seen coaching a softball game three weeks ago. The suspects are being held on unrelated charges at a jail in Anderson, Indiana. Robert Strauss and Desirae Strauss of Toledo were charged with murder Thursday in the death of 52-year-old Brian Martin of Ypsilanti, Michigan. The 71-year-old driver of an SUV was killed after being partially ejected from the vehicle on Interstate 70 in Washington County on Friday.The Pennsylvania State Police report that the driver was the sole occupant of a Ford SUV that was traveling east on Interstate 70. The victim came through a slight right bend in the roadway at mile marker 21, left the roadway traveling 367.5 feet before rolling over and coming to rest in the median.
