Sheriff: Woman jailed for stealing $520 from jury

A Pittsburgh-area woman has been jailed because sheriff's deputies say she made jury duty a little worse than usual for nine people by allegedly stealing their money while they were in the courtroom.

West Virginia Won't Fight Challenge to Gay-Marriage Ban

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says his office will no longer fight a court challenge to West Virginia's ban on same-sex marriages.
