Man Pleads Guilty to Robbing Bridgeport Bank

The man charged with robbing the Bridgeport Citizens Bank on May 27 has admitted his guilt. James Oberman Jr., 31, of Rayland, had just got out of prison for robbing a bank in Jefferson County, when he robbed the one in Bridgeport.

New Wheeling Jesuit Housing Complex Nearing Completion

Wheeling Jesuit University's new 36-unit adult and graduate housing complex, Cardinal Commons, is nearly complete.Construction began in late February is expected to be completed by Aug. 23 on the new building, which will be ready for occupancy for the 2014-15 academic year.
