CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - The state Public Service Commission has ordered an investigation into West Virginia American Water's response to the Jan. 9 chemical spill in Charleston. Body Found in Submerged Car in Ohio Reservoir

DELAWARE, Ohio (AP) - Authorities say a body found inside a car submerged in the Hoover Reservoir belongs to a 51-year-old Dublin man. The Columbus Dispatch reports (bit.ly/1tmFR4P) that Delaware County Coroner Mark Hickman has identified the person as Bradley Fawcett. (AP) - Several West Virginia attractions are participating in the National Endowment for the Arts initiative to offer free admission to active-duty military members and their families. The Blue Star Museums program includes more than 2,000 museums across the country offering the deal starting next week through Labor Day.
