NEW YORK (AP) — New York City's Naked Cowboy may have met his match. San Francisco Board of Supervisors candidate George Davis stripped buck naked in Times Square on Wednesday to campaign for the right to be nude in public. Davis spoke out against a 2013 San Francisco public nudity ban introduced by his opponent, Scott Wiener. He says nudity is a form of expression. After Davis' speech he conducted interviews stark naked.

Report Faults Chevron in Fatal Gas Well Fire

PITTSBURGH (AP) — Environmental investigators have faulted Chevron site managers in a report on a natural gas well fire in western Pennsylvania that killed one worker. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection report says a contract worker with no oil field experience worked on the well, contrary to company policy, and managers did not always provide enough oversight to contractors at the site, about 50 miles south of Pittsburgh.

Police were searching in Warwood for the weapon that was used in an armed carjacking in Brooke County on Wednesday afternoon.As of 4 p.m., Wednesday, Marty Kimball with the Wheeling Police Department said the suspect was in custody and had ditched the car on North 24th Street in Warwood near the jogging trail.
