W. Va. to Retire Paper Hunting Licenses

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Hunters, trappers, and anglers wanting to purchase lifetime licenses or permits in 2014 have until Dec. 23.West Virginia's Division of Natural Resources says the agency will use the last week of December to prepare for conversion of records into the new electronic licensing system.
