Hope for Hines Fundraiser a Success

A quarter auction was held Sunday at the West Virginia State Penitentiary in Moundsville to benefit the Hope for Hines Foundation. People from across the Ohio Valley gathered at the penitentiary to bid on items donated by local businesses. Vendors also set up tables to sell their products. The proceeds from the auction will benefit the Rotriga family and their son Hines.
