DUNNS STATION, Pa. (AP) - A western Pennsylvania man has been charged with trying to kill someone with his tractor during a confrontation on a gas well access road. Fifty-nine-year-old Frank Oleary of Prosperity is charged in Greene County with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and criminal mischief. AKRON, Ohio (AP) - Prosecutors say a 20-year-old man critically injured the girl he was dating last year, then broke into her parents' northeast Ohio home and beat them to death with a sledgehammer.
