A shortage of bus drivers may cause students and families to wait at the bus stop a little longer.In Kanawha County, there are seven bus driver positions that are not filled.Even though there is a stack of applications, training supervisor Jimmy Lacy says many people don't follow through.Lacy said that the position is "a lot of responsibility, so they think that is more responsibility than I want if I can do a class and get 50 percent I am happy."There are substitute drivers ...

Several Local Organizations to "Start Fresh" Thanks to Grant
