(AP) - A western Pennsylvania intersection was shut down after crash involving a tractor trailer carrying diesel fuel and two trucks carrying water for natural gas drilling operations. The crash happened at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning on Route 18 outside of the town of Washington. That's about 30 miles southwest of Pittsburgh.
