WASHINGTON, Pa. (AP) - A western Pennsylvania intersection was shut down after crash involving a tractor trailer carrying diesel fuel and two trucks carrying water for natural gas drilling operations. The crash happened at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning on Route 18 outside of the town of Washington. That's about 30 miles southwest of Pittsburgh. Authorities say about 1,300 gallons of diesel and 400 gallons of brine water spilled onto the roadway, but emergency crews contained much of the damage...
