Two local funeral homes helped retire American flags which have flown over the Ohio Valley for years.Saturday a ceremony was held as people could donate used or soiled flags to be burned at James Funeral Home in Follansbee and Chambers Funeral Home in Wellsburg.The ashes will be buried on Sunday which is Flag Day across the nation.
