CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) - A Putnam County woman won't face charges after a loaded gun was found in her carry-on bag at Yeager Airport. The Transportation Security Administration says TSA officers staffing X-ray machines at a checkpoint detected the .380-caliber semi-automatic handgun Wednesday morning. Resentencing Scheduled for Remaining Amish Charges

CLEVELAND (AP) - A federal judge has scheduled a resentencing date for those convicted in the Amish beard- and hair-cutting case. Sixteen members of a southeast Ohio Amish sect are scheduled to be resentenced Feb. 24 after the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned their hate crimes convictions earlier this year.
